Frozen Pork Belly Roll also available (approximately 10-12 lbs- Vacuum pack sealed to keep your Lechon Belly fresh and juicy.

Storage information:

Keep refrigerated. Do not refreeze. Once thawed, cook within 3-5 days.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 440 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Pat dry the pork skin with kitchen towel,
Step 3: Arrange the belly roll in a roasting pan and place it in the oven for 30 minutes then lower down the oven temperature at 300 Fahrenheit and cook for another 2 hours.
Step 4: After 2 hours increase the oven temperature to 440 Fahrenheit and cook for another 30 minutes to get the skin extra crispy.
Step 5: Air cool for 15-30 minutes.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy the taste of Lechon Bohol!
